Our Newly Remodeled, Corporate Style, One Bedroom Condos, have Additional Sleeping Arrangements in the Living Room. They are Located on Lake Granbury with One Condo having a Main Body Waterfront View while the other has a Pool Side View.
Located Just Two Blocks from the Historical Square, Covention Center, Swim Beach and Boat Ramp.
 
FURNISH CONDO RENTAL RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 
 

                         Winter Season (November 1 - February 28):                      

  • 1 - 6 days                        $85 per day
  • 1 - 3 weeks                      $75 per day
  • 4+    weeks                     $65 per day

Minimum 1 day deposit

1 day deposit for each week rented

10 day deposit for each month rented

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If your Reservation is cancelled 5 days in advance of your scheduled stay, your deposit will be refunded.
